DENTAL TREATMENT & SERVICES
CONSULTATION & ROUTINE DENTAL CARE
Start your smile makeover here! Whether you need a cleaning, whitening, a few fillings, or more, a consult exam is the place to begin. Let us tailor a treatment plan to meet your unique needs and provide you with the smile you've always dreamed of.
VENEERS/LAMINATES
Crafted from thin porcelain, veneers are custom-made to cover the front surface of your teeth. They are a great conservative treatment option to conceal stains, chips, and gaps while providing a beautiful, natural-looking smile.
CROWN & BRIDGE
A crown or bridge may be necessary if you have severely decayed, damaged, worn, or missing teeth. Both help to maintain dental function, improve aesthetics, and prevent further oral health issues. Whether due to injury, decay, or a congenital condition, crowns and bridges provide essential solutions for a healthy and confident smile.
INLAYS/ONLAYS/OVERLAYS
A conservative treatment option that can be used to restore moderately decayed or damaged teeth instead of a filling or a crown. These restorations are made of longer-lasting material than traditional fillings/bonding and allow for a more conservative approach than crowns by preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.
IMPLANT RESTORATIONS
Dental implants are utilized to replace missing teeth by surgically placing a metal post into the jawbone to serve as an artificial tooth root. These implants provide a stable foundation for a dental crown, bridge, or denture, restoring function and aesthetics, and enhancing overall oral health.
FULL MOUTH IMPLANT RECONSTRUCTION THROUGH GUIDED SURGERY
Guided implant surgery is a cutting-edge technique used in dental implant placement. By utilizing advanced digital technology, a surgical guide is created to provide precise and accurate positioning of the dental implant. This meticulous attention to detail makes surgery proceed seamlessly and allows us to achieve optimal restorative outcomes.
COMPLETE & PARTIAL REMOVABLE DENTURES
Complete and partial removable dentures can be used to replace all the teeth in either arch or select teeth in each arch. They provide functional and aesthetic benefits, restoring the ability to chew and speak. Partial dentures also support the remaining teeth and prevent teeth from shifting, promoting oral health. In some cases, dentures can be retained by implants for additional support.
ORTHODONTICS/CLEAR ALIGNERS
For mild crowding, clear orthodontic aligners can be used to gently shift teeth into their desired positions for a more aligned and confident smile. Patients love these as an alternative to metal braces for the aesthetics and comfort during treatment.

What are your fees? Do you accept insurance?
For your convenience, the practice accepts cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Tap-to-Pay. We deliver the highest level of care to our patients, therefore, we are a fee-for-service practice and payment is due at the time service. For extensive treatments only, payments can be made: 1/3 at the start of treatment, 1/3 at the midway through treatment and 1/3 the day of final delivery. However, no matter what dental insurance you have, we will provide you with an insurance form and help you submit for reimbursement. Your insurer will send you a check directly for the covered amount. For extensive treatments a “pre-treatment estimate” can be provided by your insurer. This will give you an idea of how much reimbursement you may be eligible to receive. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 212-986-4830. Usually, a telephone call can clear any confusion.
How do you determine what treatment is needed and how much time it will take?
All treatment planning begins with a consultation and proper diagnosis. This includes an in-depth discussion with Dr. Ostrager about what treatment is recommended and why. Every treatment plan is unique and will be custom designed to meet your needs.
